User Interface / User Experience Designer - Based in Sydney, Australia

DesignCrowd is recruiting user interface specialist who is capable of designing and implementing front-end facets of upcoming marketplaces.

• Design UI features / pages into existing site - The UI/UX design position is responsible for designing high quality UI features into the existing site to improve the look and feel.
• Improve a look and feel across website – It is the UI / UX designers’ responsibility to help maintain the overall look and feel of the site and deliver designs to front-end designer.
• Implement user interface for new marketplaces – Assist in the design of new marketplaces/website UI.
• Testing / fixing new and existing UI issues – responsible for fixing user interface defects / issues.

Experience and Skills
• Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in designing managing website user interfaces.

The opportunity:

DesignCrowd (www.designcrowd.com) is expanding our Team in San Francisco and would like you to apply!

We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented and process-minded customer service professional to specialize in fraud assessment and payment processing within the DesignCrowd Customer Service team.

The role:

Working closely with colleagues in the Payments & Fraud Assessment function, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and verifying projects posted to the DesignCrowd marketplace
• Reviewing and processing payments to our global community of designers
• Providing customer support for DesignCrowd’s US and international customers via email, telephone and live chat

In addition to these core activities, a portion of your time will be spent developing and executing initiatives to improve our business – particularly our payment and fraud processes.

Your capabilities / required skills:

Prior experience in fraud management and fraud analysis is essential (2+ years professional experience preferred). Ideally, you will also have experience working in a Customer Service role.

Your past experiences will demonstrate excellence in execution. You are organised, methodical, process oriented and have a fine eye for detail. You enjoy analyzing problems and getting to the bottom of things. You are very effective at working independently, but have outstanding interpersonal skills and work well as a member of a team. Background or training in design is not a requirement, but you should be interested in design and/or creativity.

You must hold an undergraduate degree and US work authorization to be eligible for the role.

Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager - Based in Manila, Philippines

DesignCrowd is looking for expert Sales Representatives with strong experience either delivering sales from new customers or nurturing and account managing existing customers to grow sales and share of wallet. This role reports directly to DesignCrowd’s Global Business Development Manager (“BDM”).

The role
The function of Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager is to provide direct support to the BDM in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Company is able to meet its growth targets.

Inside sales involves the constant cycle of finding new clients and keeping your existing ones.
Main responsibilities for inside sales include:-
• Identifying prospective customer sources based on online & internal company research;
• Identify, prospect, call, email, qualify and sell DesignCrowd services to relevant companies/customers with no prior introduction;
• Placing calls to existing prospects to qualify leads for BDM;
• Placing calls to existing customers to identify and close opportunities for new sales;
• Receiving calls from new and existing customers and identify and close opportunities for new sales;
• Identify and activate clients who have registered with DesignCrowd, however have yet to launch projects;
• Identify larger opportunities within existing database for Director to follow up; and
• Proactively develop potential sales opportunities through outbound activities to past customers.
To keep your existing clients, you must develop a mutually beneficial relationship that’s based on trust and understanding. You accomplish this by assessing their current and future needs and by responding to them in a prompt, accurate and sincere manner.

Main responsibilities for account management include:-
• Support of project set up and general project management, including ongoing recommendations to drive incremental yield and revenue;
• Document and track all activity, develop reports, setting tasks for follow up activity and forecasting;
• Reporting on your weekly sales pipeline and prospecting activity; and
• Providing other account management support to existing customers

• Bachelor Degree or higher

Experience and Skills
• A minimum of 3 years prior experience in inside sales, outbound sales and account management;
• For this position, you must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity are also essential;
• Excellent personal productivity and daily call output;
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets’
• You are very effective at working independently, but have exceptional communication skills and work well within team based settings.
• Interested in design;
• You enjoy a challenge and want responsibility.

Service Consultant - Manila, Philippines

Working closely with the company’s COO, you will focus on providing service to DesignCrowd’s global network of clients and designers. You will have responsibility for handling inbound queries about our products and services, working with clients to get the best results on their projects and engaging with designers to assist them in using the DesignCrowd marketplace. In addition to these core activities, a portion of your time will be spent developing and executing initiatives to improve our business.

The role requires that you’re willing to work an offset week (Wednesday through Sunday) based in our brand new Manila offices.
